Luggage can be stored at our front desk before check-in and after check-out. 

 

 

Bath (basement): From 17:00 to 23:00

The bath is used as private

Shared shower rooms: from 6:00 to 23:00 

 

 

Shared room: 7:00 to 22:00

・Available to all customers.

・A microwave and a self-service coffee machine are available.

・There is a shared refrigerator in front of the front desk.

 

Number of rooms: 9 rooms

Smoking is prohibited in the entire building (including electronic cigarettes). 

 


FAQ

Can I check-in before 15:00?

We do provide luggage storage service before check-in if you arrive before 15:00, and luggage can be stored after check-out .

Is there a parking lot?

Unfortunately, we have no private parking space. We will guide you to the coin-operated parkings in the neighborhood. Is there an internet service?

Free Wi-Fi is available throughout all rooms.

What amenities are in the rooms?

Yukata (Japanese-style room wear), bath towels, face towels and toothbrushes are available.

Is shampoo or body soap provided?

Yes, shampoo, conditioner and body soap are provided in the bathroom, shared shower room and private bathroom. There is a hairdryer in each room.

Do you serve breakfast?

Breakfast is not available. We will guide you to nearby restaurants.

Is there a convenience store nearby?

Seven-Eleven is a 2-minute walk from the ryokan.

Do you have a refrigerator?

You can use the shared refrigerator.

Is it possible to bring food and drink into the room?

You can eat and drink in your room, but we kindly ask you to refrain making loud noises so that all guests can spend time comfortably.

Can I rent a bicycle?

The station of Kanazawa City rental bicycle "Machinori" is nearby.

How the housekeeping carry out for consecutive nights?

Housekeeping is included every day. If you do not need it, please let us know.

Is it possible to send luggage by courier before check-in to the ryokan?

It is possible. When sending, please sure to specify our hotel name, the name of the person who made the reservation and the check-in date. Please specify the arrival date of the delivery service as the check-in date or after.

Is it possible to send luggage by courier from the ryokan ?

Yes, courier service by Yamato Transport (domestic only) is available at the front desk.

Is there a coin laundry / dry cleaning service?

We will guide you to a nearby coin laundry / cleaning shop.

Can I stay with my pet?

Pets are not accepted.

Is the building barrier-free?

It is not barrier-free. There is a step in the hall. You will need to use the stairs to reach the rooms on the 2nd floor.

Is there a kitchen where guests can cook by themselves?

There is no kitchen available to guests.

What kind of place can I go on a day trip from Kanazawa?

There are many places such as Noto, Kaga Onsen, Tojinbo cliffs / Eiheiji temple, and World Heritage Site Gokayama / Shirakawago. We will be a pleasure to help you. So please feel free to come at the front desk to ask.

Can I receive a invoice / receipt?

We can only issue invoice / receipt for reservations made directly with us. For reservations made and paid for online travel agents (OTAs), please contact the website where the reservation was made. Please note particularly that international OTAs such as Booking.com, Expedia and Agoda do not issue Japanese qualified invoices(適格請求書).
